All of us can go up at once and possess the good land in the body of the Christ
I really enjoy the verse in Numbers. Numbers chapter 13 verse 30 says, “But Caleb quieted the people before Moses and said, Let us go up at once and possess it; for we are well able to overcome it.” In this verse, Caleb said ”Let us”, not “Let me go on”. It showed that he saw the body, also cared for the body. Last week, my companion and I met a new one, who had been lost for almost two years. After some sharing, he was being recovered and wanted to come to the Lord’s table meeting with us. Both of us were really joyful! The Lord is moving strongly, His marvelous leading even gone beyond our imagination. Under the Lord’s sovereignty, our brother not only went on his own, but also invited his friend to go with him. His friend was also open to the Lord and wanted to be baptized. So he was baptized into the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit last Saturday night. Praise the Lord! Later on, we had a home meeting together. The newly baptized one asked a question about the worshipping of these ancestors. At that time, I didn’t know how to answer his question, but fortunately we had the body! Another brother shared about the experience of how he had gone through this kind of situation. Then, we prayed together. I touched the prayer from the new one a lot. He prayed that “O Lord Jesus I love you, I love you so much. I want to be Your testimony in my family and bring the salvation to them.” Then we enjoyed the verse about the household salvation. All of us were brought into the good land.
